Find Funding & Assistance
Any pregnant person seeking an abortion may be eligible for funding through The New Jersey Abortion Access Fund (NJAAF).
During the intake process at the clinic of your choosing, staff will complete the NJAAF application form with you and work with our volunteers to secure funding. We primarily fund abortions for people traveling to, from, and within New Jersey. We work directly with clinics to help fund abortions for those in need of financial assistance. We do not provide funds directly to patients.
In New Jersey, we currently work with the following clinics:

If you are interested in going to one of these clinics, you can use the following steps as guidance:
First, contact the clinic using the phone numbers above to make an appointment
After your appointment is scheduled you can mention that you will be seeking funding from the New Jersey Abortion Access Fund
After you speak with the clinic to discuss options and payment, they will contact NJAAF and apply for funding on your behalf, if necessary.
We have no specific requirements to be eligible for funding other than being a NJ resident or seeking services in NJ. If clinic staff informs you otherwise, please contact us at info@njaaf.org and be sure to include your first name, date of appointment, and which clinic you spoke with over the phone.

They help people access abortion care by providing free transportation to abortion clinics in Northern New Jersey.
Whether in person or virtual, we will work directly with clinic staff to assist in funding.
Upon receipt of your application from the clinic, NJAAF will determine your grant amount.
Due to the limited availability of funds, NJAAF generally provides partial grants.
